Multiple diaphragms provide virtually pulse-less flow that exceeds API 675 standards for accuracy, linearity and repeatability and also eliminates the need for pulsation dampeners. Patented Diaphragm Positioning Control (DCP) Technology safeguards the pump’s diaphragms against abnormal or adverse conditions resulting in a vacuum on the pump inlet. Seal-less design means no mechanical seals, packing or cups to replace and allows the pump to run dry indefinitely without damage. Hydraulically-balanced diaphragm design ensures leak free and low-maintenance operation while handling highly abrasive fluids, corrosive fluids and fluids containing up to 40% non-dissolved solids and particulate matter up to 800 microns without the need for fine filtration at pressures up to 345Bar and flow-rates up to 595L/min.

- Seal-less design separates the power end from the process liquid end, eliminating leaks, hazards, and the expense associated with seals and packing.
- Low NPSH requirements allow for operation with a vacuum condition on the suction – positive suction pressure is not necessary.
- Can operate with a closed or blocked suction line and run dry indefinitely without damage, eliminating downtime and repair costs.
- Unique diaphragm design handles more abrasives with less wear than gear, screw or plunger pumps.
- Compact design and double-ended shaft provides a variety of installation options.
- Provides low-pulse, linear flow due to its multiple diaphragm design.
- Hydraulically balanced diaphragms to handle high pressures with low stress.
- Lower energy costs than centrifugal pumps and other pump technologies.
- Rugged construction for long life with minimal maintenance.
